Christmas, the Portuguese Way: Sharing a Taste of Tradition with Our Simple Life Home Buyers

At Leisure Launch Group, Christmas is about more than a date on the calendar. It’s about tradition, family, and sharing moments that feel like home — even when "home" is thousands of kilometres away!
To honour this tradition, this Christmas season our teams came together once again to create a very special initiative for our Simple Life Home Buyers around the world.
With care, laughter, and a lot of festive spirit, we prepared a symbol of our Portuguese Christmas and sent it to more than 300 homebuyers across 24 countries.
A Gift with Meaning (and a Sweet Surprise!)
Inside each parcel was a Portuguese kitchen apron and a special message including a traditional recipe for Bolo Rei, Portugal’s iconic Christmas cake.
In Portugal, Bolo Rei isn’t just dessert. It’s a symbol of togetherness. Its sweet aroma fills kitchens, brings families to the table, and marks the heart of the festive season. By sharing this recipe, we wanted our homebuyers to experience not just a flavour, but a tradition passed down through generations.
Behind the scenes, we joined our team of property specialists in Portugal to prepare this special mailing in true "Portuguese style": smiling around the table, listening to music and, of course, enjoying a slice of Bolo Rei together!
A reminder that celebrating Portuguese traditions also means strengthening team spirit, slowing down, and enjoying the moment. Because that’s what the Simple Life is all about...
